What currency is the price I see on the website?

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship, the average delivery time is 15-21 days.
The tracking number will be updated 3-5 days after your order ships. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business, please email customerservice@Kenllas.com
I don't like my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must send it back at your own expense, and once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on the returned package.
Please Note: If your package is en route, you must wait for it to arrive and return before receiving your refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any penalty! You must cancel the order before shipping. If the item has been sent, please use our easy returns system for a full refund.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?
If you misspelled or autocompleted the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Please notify us by emailing ken.li@hkcathay.com once you have double-checked that the address provided is incorrect. If the address provided is incorrect, we will change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
